Ukraine Delegation and Operations

1. Presence in Ukraine
Didac Sanchez Foundation carries out a significant part of its activities within Ukrainian territory through an operational social and humanitarian delegation focused on the direct execution of projects supporting vulnerable communities.
The Ukraine delegation acts as the organizational and operational structure of the Foundation for the coordination of activities, social projects, direct assistance and cooperation with local entities.
2. Nature of the delegation
The delegation in Ukraine does not constitute an independent legal entity, but operates as an operational extension of the private foundational initiative Didac Sanchez Foundation, acting under the same principles, values and founding objectives.
All activities of the delegation are carried out under the responsibility of the founder, with the support of volunteers and local collaborators.
3. Main functions
The Ukraine delegation performs, among others, the following functions:
- Coordination of social and humanitarian projects.
- Identification of priority social needs.
- Direct support to vulnerable individuals and communities.
- Cooperation with local social, educational and humanitarian entities.
- Supervision and execution of solidarity actions.
- Basic logistical management of humanitarian activities.
4. Volunteers and collaborators
The activity of the delegation is supported by a network of volunteers and collaborators who participate freely, altruistically and without remuneration in the projects promoted by the Foundation.
Volunteers do not maintain any employment or commercial relationship with the Foundation and always act on a voluntary basis in accordance with the ethical and humanitarian principles of the organization.
5. Institutional independence
The Ukraine delegation operates independently and neutrally, without affiliation to political parties, governmental bodies, state institutions or ideological organizations.
Its sole purpose is the development of social, humanitarian and solidarity activities, without political, commercial or propagandistic objectives.
6. Operational responsibility
The Foundation and its delegation act within the reasonable limits of their human, financial and logistical resources.
The Foundation does not guarantee specific results, but commits to acting with maximum diligence, ethics and responsibility in the development of its projects.
7. Cooperation with local entities
The delegation may cooperate with associations, foundations, educational centers, social entities and local humanitarian organizations, provided that such cooperation respects the principles of independence, neutrality, transparency and social purpose of the Foundation.
8. Transparency
The Ukraine delegation operates under criteria of transparency, responsibility and ethical accountability, maintaining a permanent commitment to the proper use of resources allocated to social purposes.
